escritoireazulNot dead! Not having a great time of things, but not dead. Have a meme. First lines from my twenty-one most recent fics. None of which are from 2013 because I am not having a fannishly productive year so far, unfortunately.
Donna’s eighteen and her little sister, Susan, is just about to turn sixteen when they move to Charming, California. (A Bloodline Looking for a Root, Sons of Anarchy, Donna/Opie, werewolf au)

Erica drags her chair closer – too close – until her legs press against Allison’s, and the heat from her body makes Allison’s skin prickle. (Like Smoke Across Fire, Teen Wolf, Allison/Erica, Allison & Lydia)
Lauren’s been a werewolf for about six months – five moon cycles of locking herself into a cage, at least one of the others watching to make sure she does it right, as if it’s a difficult thing, snapping closed a heavy duty padlock, or as if she wants to escape into the night, unbound and out of control, and waking up to Puck and his guitar and breakfast – when the supernatural world comes crashing down. That sort of makes me want to write a story made up of lines from the fic I've written over the years. Maybe for my 15th online fandom anniversary, which will be coming up next year. (Wow, when did that happen.) In other news, I finally bought a tv (first time I've ever purchased one), and it is big and gorgeous and shiny, and it is really nice to have something on it while I'm working.
I'm really struggling with my mental health lately, so I don't know how much I'll be around, but I try to read as much as I can, and I miss you guys and fandom. What's going on with you, darlings?
