Why doesn't the marching band have on uniforms? WHY?

Also, why don't I have any FNL icons?

just a guess... because getting that many band uniforms for a tv show is counterproductive to Them making profits?

Well, sure, if you want to be all logical and economic and shit. :-D

(Though I only saw maybe two or three members of the band, but I was also writing Property notes, so I could have missed a huge band.)

I don't even watch the show. I just remember how expensive it was to order band uniforms for my sisters. (I thankfully, only ever had a colorguard uniform. much cheaper.)

Oh, wow, you had to order your own uniforms? Ours were always provided by the school, both band uniforms and colorguard uniforms. I know they were expensive, and I'm glad we didn't have to pay for them during high school or university.

well, the bought new uniforms when I was in the...eleventh grade? for the first time in over 15 years. So yeah, they had to buy them. BUT there was a way to earn the money, and you got some much back when you sold it back to the school for the next year.

And really, for the colorguard/dance line/majorettes, it just made more sense to buy our own, since they tended to have to be a little more formfitting, and we had girls in all different sizes. Again, plenty of ways to raise the money so you didn't have to pay for it all out of pocket. And I think in the three years that I was in the colorguard, we only had two uniforms. I'm also fairly certain that they used the second uniform for a couple of years after I graduated too.
